Ahhh, there's no delicate way to put it, I am pre-menstrual. Badly.

You can tell this because I turn into a raving mentalist with a belly that would not look out of place on a pregnant woman, 5 months along.

If I have identified the pattern correctly, in 2 days I will turn from angry to inexplicably and irrationally teary.

Oooooh, the anticipation.

Comments:
Damn hormones. Your pattern sounds exactly like mine. Mine's irrational anger, then uncontrollable teariness. I get the wobbly chin watching ads about cat food, laundry powder, mobile phones. Go figure.

Me too. And I get overwhelmed. Everything seems so difficult. And I get drunk really quickly.

But on the bright side I did hear a specialist on PMT who said a couple of gins helped a great deal, as it's a good diuretic. Maybe if I stopped at 2 drinks...

Oooh, an excuse to drink? Wunderbar, just what I needed :)

I'd forgotten about the massive anxiety issues too, which is difficult to do seeing as though it happens every month!

I'm with you on the tears too jl, I once cried during an episode of "Shameless" (which is a comedy for goodness sake) because 'The character development was just so beautiful'.

Lordy.

Oh yes, am familiar with Shameless. It's really rather good in a gritty sort of way, isn't it? But 'character development'? Hah, okay, if you say so. ;)
