Kymmy I hate to say it, but I was born and raised in Shepp, and I'm even happy to freely admit it!
The thing I'm not so chuffed about is that I spent five years living in Mount Gambier. Now that was just silly!
As for soy sauce, apparently it doesn't go off. I remember we used to have 20 year old (rarely used) soy sauce at my parents and we all survived. In fact I think that same bottle might even still be there, it would probably be pushing 30 now.
